The best flavours of Christmas!

What would be a better way to set the Christmas mood than to have a lunch with us at Olo? Nothing!
That is why we will open our doors from December 8 to December 19 on weekdays already at lunchtime.

Our Head Chef, Mikko Pakola, has chosen for the Christmas menu the finest flavours, from whitefish to scallops and fallow deer.
For dessert there is white chocolate mousse and blueberries.

And the atmosphere – here right next to the Market Square – is always at its very best.

Dry-aged dairy cow with caviar and radish
Aromatic apple broth

Whitefish marinated with horseradish, whitefish roe and dill crème

Pan seared scallop with roasted butternut squash and browned butter
Olo’s sour dough bread and house butter

Grilled fillet of white tailed deer with caramelized onion, winter truffle and game stock

Roasted white chocolate mousse with preserved bilberries and cardamom
