The best flavours

The different seasons, delicious northern ingredients and uncompromised quality lay the foundation for our food philosophy. Our flavours are strong, distinctive, delicate and fresh. We combine our knowledge of traditional Finnish cuisine with modern techniques. The taste sensations we create are combinations of something brand new and something very familiar.

Our wine list includes both great classics and delicacies carefully selected to go with the food and the season. Our non-alcoholic drinks are mainly house-made and complement the taste sensations of each dish.

You can choose between our two indulging tasting menus. On Fridays and Saturdays, for the reservations between 4pm and 5pm, we serve only our Seasonal tasting menu.

Our menu contains allergens. Additional information will be given by staff. Don’t hesitate to ask. The poultry and ox tails are Finnish origin, Wagyu comes from Japan.
