Truffles are here!
Our annual Truffle Weeks event is approaching. We invite you to enjoy the incredible umami flavours of truffles from 4 to 15 February 2025.
The truffles arrive directly from France, from the Maison Pébeyre farm, which was established in 1897. Each truffle has been picked and checked by hand. These truffles from southwestern France are also known as the black diamonds of Périgord, which further attests to their uniqueness.
Truffles have a unique umami taste and perfect texture. The strong aroma of truffles lends character to dishes and adds to their taste.
During the themed weeks, we will serve a wonderful seven-course menu.

Yellowtail amberjack with ginger and shiro soy
Cured pork with aged parmesan and onion
Wagyu A5 tartar with kombu seaweed and shiitake mushrooms
Slow cooked squid with almond and caviar
Raw Icelandic shrimp with white fish roe and lobster aspic
Pan seared scallop with sunflower seed miso and browned butter

Steamed arctic char with sauce suprême and rainbow trout roe

Poached lobster with green strawberries and Périgord’s black truffle
Sauteed reindeer with Lappish almond potato and Olo’s sour dough bread
Dry-aged dairy cow with ox-tail stock and sunchoke
