Olo with Truffles 2022

French black winter truffles – the celebrities of the mushroom family – have arrived at Restaurant Olo!

We invite you to enjoy the perfect taste of prime-quality truffles between 1 and 12 February 2022.

The truffles arrive directly from France, from the famous Maison Pébeyre farm, which was established in 1897. Each truffle has been picked and checked by hand. These truffles from southwestern France are also known as the ‘black diamonds of Périgord’, which further attests to their uniqueness.

Our partner, truffle producer Pierre-Jean Pébeyre, is known worldwide for his high-quality truffles. Often cited as the ‘Truffle King of Europe’, Pébeyre is a third-generation truffle producer and seller. His adult daughter and son represent the fourth generation, and the fifth generation is also growing.
Our truffle-themed wines come from Boeckel, one of the leading vineyards in Alsace. Established in 1853, Boeckel is known for its high-quality wines. The rich and ripe fruitiness and spiciness of the Alsace Pinot Gris grape variety, as well as its mushroom-like aromas, go perfectly with the umami tones of truffles.

We have created a seven-course menu for our guests.
