Since 2006 Olo has represented the gastronomic elite in Finland. The Michelin starred restaurant Olo will reform at the beginning of 2018 and will concentrate only on dinners in the future. Olo’s recently renovated sister restaurant, Emo, continues to serve customers during lunchtime.
“Maintaining a high-quality restaurant requires constant development as well as innovative and brave ideas. To be able to offer unforgettable experiences and flavors to our customers we want to educate our staff and develop the food products daily. Taking the lunch away from Olo will give us time and a chance to concentrate on these things”, says the restaurateur and CEO Katja Henttunen.
Olo’s Christmas lunches will be served as usual.
